Surfside 103: Beach Access Across the Street W/ Courtyard and Shared Heated Pool
Welcome to unit #103, A beautiful unit with an open living area, with a sofa and a lounge chair in the living area. A fully equipped kitchen, with all-white appliances and a drip coffee maker. The Surfside complex is directly across the street from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. After a long day of fun in the sun you will love coming back to the beautiful courtyard with grills, picnic tables, covered sitting areas, and a sparkling pool. The pool is heated as well so it can be enjoyed any time of year! The Surfside complex is made up of 2-bedroom condos surrounding the courtyard, making it the ideal choice for large groups looking to stay close to one another.

Beach Gear Credit Included: With a 2-night minimum stay - details will come via email from Vayk Gear. Ordering must be done online at least 48 hours prior to your arrival

- Heated swimming pool (heated to a max temp of 91 degrees in winter months)
- Poolside loungers, tables, and chairs
- Beautiful fenced-in courtyard area
- Two gazebos within the pool/courtyard area
- Charcoal BBQ grills within the pool/courtyard area (Please bring charcoal)
- 24-hour laundry facility on-site (Laundry detergent not provided)

My daughter and I and her four children began staying at Surfside condos in 2012. We stayed many years in 107 and then tried 104 for two years and this year was our first try at 103. We absolutely loved the Condo. It was decorated beautifully and in a beach theme and we felt like we were in a real home and not a hotel. It was equipped very well. The AC was wonderful and the beds comfortable. We are already counting the days till we can return for our next Vacay at Surfside. Life In Paradise took good care of us while we were there and was great to work with in making our reservation.
